LIFE SAFETY Drawings:

Our Life Safety Drawings provide a clear, accurate, andsurvey-ready representation of your facility, ensuring alignment with NFPA101®, CMS Conditions of Participation, and The Joint Commission standards. Eachdrawing is developed to reflect existing building conditions and supportStatement of Conditions (SOC) documentation, giving surveyors immediatevisibility into critical life safety features. By presenting complex coderequirements in a clear, defensible format, our drawings help reduce survey risk,eliminate ambiguity, and support ongoing compliance management.

Life Safety Drawings include identification of:

• Areas of the building that are fully protectedby automatic sprinklers (when the building is partially protected)
• Locations of all hazardous storage areas
• Locations of all fire-rated barriers
• Locations of all smoke-rated barriers
• Sleeping and non-sleeping suite boundaries,including the size of each identified suite
• Locations of designated smoke compartments
• Locations of chutes and shafts
• Any approved equivalencies or waivers
