After years of searching for a competent inspection and repair tracking program, we recognized that none existed, prompting us to create a solution tailored to the needs of our customers and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs). Our state-of-the-art program, TraXus, has elevated the reporting process significantly. This unique reporting system offers our customers detailed insights into inspections and repairs, progress reports, mapping, images, charting/graphing, color coding for easy identification, complete photo documentation, and the ability to navigate through reports to a blueprint layout of locations.

Upon project completion, you will receive both an emailed pdf of your report, and excel inventory and a link to access your reports 24/7.

Reports include a Master Report that offers a summary, statistics, detailed descriptions, deficiency notes, photos, and the status of each item.‍
