What is the most important component in documentation? Accuracy! The reports must be clear, precise, easy to read and understand and of course, contain accurate information. BRAND provides full documentation for all inspections, corrective action, decommissions and repairs including historical records that are accepted and approved by state, federal and Joint Commission officials. In addition, all documentation is archived indefinitely, with copies available in the event they are needed.
After years of searching for a competent inspection and repair tracking program we realized no such program exists, it was time to build our own program which would specifically meet our needs, the customer’s needs and AHJ’s. Our state-of-the-art program, TraXus has taken the reporting process to a whole new level. Our reporting program is amazing and provides our customers with not only the details of the inspection and/or repair, but progress reporting, mapping, images, charting/graphing and most notably, the ability to click through the report into a blueprint layout of locations.
BRAND’s on-site documentation is completely digital. Our software program was created specifically for the life safety services we provide. Digital documentation eliminates the need for traditional paper to data entry, creating a convenient and less confusing systems to historically track inspections, repairs and maintenance of all your passive fire safety systems and equipment.
Upon completion of a project, the customer can choose a digital copy, hard copy or both. The reports contain a Master report including, a summary, statistics, details, deficiencies, and status of each item.
