What is the most important component in documentation? Accuracy! The reports must be clear, precise, easy to read and understand and of course contain accurate information. BRAND provides full documentation for all inspections, corrective action, decommissions and repairs including historical records that are accepted and approved by state, federal and Joint commission officials. In addition, all documentation is archived indefinitely, with copies available in the event they are needed.
BRAND’s on-site documentation is completely digital. Our software program was created specifically for the life safety services we provide. Digital documentation eliminates the need for traditional paper to data entry, creating a convenient and less confusing systems to historically track inspections, repairs and maintenance of all your passive fire safety systems and equipment.
Upon completion of a project the customer can choose a digital copy, hard copy or both. The reports contain a Master report including, a summary, statistics, details, deficiencies, and status of each item.
